Mike Walsh is an executive recruiter who holds two decades of industry experience in Pharma and Biotech that allows him to evaluate candidates the way a hiring manager would. He has contributed to five BLA submissions and four BLA approvals, including Opdivo (nivolumab). Mike has worked at small and mid-sized Biotech companies as well as Big Pharma. He has served as a program manager specializing in late-stage Biologics programs, including two programs with FDA Breakthrough Designation. He has managed extensive portfolios in oncology and immunology. Mike has built, developed, and led project management organizations throughout the course of his career. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).

Mike has experience in both the Discovery and CMC functions. With 15 years of direct hands-on experience in CMC, including authoring of Module 3 for BLA, front and back room FDA/EMA audit support, and extensive PPQ experience, Mike knows the best talent to fill these mission critical roles.
